Our Data & Analytics Practice has been serving the Asia region for over 25 years offering actuarial, financial, strategy, management, and distribution consulting services to insurance companies and operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute various projects across liability valuation, financial modelling, pricing, and strategy development.
• Develop strong relationships with clients collaborate effectively with colleagues and deliver outcomes to a high standard.
• Contribute to business development by building and maintaining industry contacts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Generate ideas for new competency areas and contribute to thought leadership in internal and external publications.
• Manage develop and coach junior actuarial staff supporting talent acquisition efforts.
• Work with global teams to support consultancy projects and encourage collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a consultancy or insurance environment.
• A tertiary qualification in actuarial science or a mathematics-related degree with good progress towards qualification with a recognised actuarial body.
• Proven analytical capabilities problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills including client engagement and relationship management.
• Strong people management skillset able to set clear expectations and coach and develop accordingly.
