About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to analyze user behavior, evaluate feature performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data insights. This individual will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions across our in-house mobile application products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python to understand product performance, user behavior, and business trends.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor product health and performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to product managers and leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA's, User Acquisition, and Design teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify key metrics and measure the success of product initiatives.
Experimentation & Optimization
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Analyze experiment results and recommend next steps for product improvements.
Mobile App Analytics
  • Leverage mobile analytics platforms to track and evaluate app usage and retention metrics.
  • Provide insights to optimize user journeys and improve mobile app engagement.
Agile/Scrum Processes
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to align analytics work with product development priorities.
  • Deliver insights in iterative cycles that align with Agile methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
  • 3+ years of experience in management/analysis of data within a Structured Query Language (SQL) database.
  • Experience in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) Data.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proven experience analyzing and interpreting data in a mobile app environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and working in iterative development cycles.
