Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Manager to lead the development of our B2B solutions. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including strategy, marketing, design, and engineering to ensure the successful development of business. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, technical background, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Management Manager will have end-to-end responsibilities, including business requirements analysis, planning, development, testing, execution, and support of B2B solutions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze customer needs, pain points, key market trends, and define solutions;
  • Increase business and enterprise engagement, managing the solutions development and roadmap;
  • Follow up solutions usage, metrics, and performance for optimizing them for revenue generation;
  • Define product vision, value proposition, key selling points, requirements, and KPIs;
  • Align multiple internal teams toward the development of business solutions;
  • Provide technical documentation and presentations;
  • Work closely with sales teams to technically support our customers' doubts and needs;
  • Drive focus on product goals and action at each development milestone to ensure that solutions remain competitive and meet customer expectations;
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new services, including positioning and messaging;
  • Continuously monitor market trends and adjust the roadmap as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or correlated areas. A Master's degree is preferred;
  • Proven record of success in business/product/project development management or related field; minimum 8+ years related experience;
  • Experience in software industries;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Advanced English;
  • Past experience with Android Enterprise, EMM/MDM solutions, and B2B services is a plus.
