Network Strategy Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the planning, execution and delivery of market dealer network growth and development plans to achieve strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dealer terminations for any cause.
- Establish and manage new dealer onboarding process.
- Establish and manage new dealer business case development and evaluation.
- Manage dealer buy / sell activities.
- Review and approve new dealer locations, including ARO's and SRL's.
- Partner with market sales directors and managers to maintain alignment in network plans.
- Develop and implement minimum dealer standards and policies.
- Support dealers with contract renewal processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in dealer capability and performance.
Requirements:
- A university degree is required.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of related experience.
- Excellent English language skills are necessary.
- Fluency in Portuguese is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a premium retail brand environment.
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with current retail best practices and standards.
