Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to identify and mitigate risks within our supply chain.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and prioritize key factors to prevent losses and improve security.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct physical security risk assessments of facilities, including manufacturing, distribution, trade, and office spaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide training and guidance on security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in security and loss prevention within the supply chain, industrial environment, or express distribution and courier services.
  • Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management, and administration of justice, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate English and Fluent Portuguese language skills (both verbal and written communication).
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time and as required by business needs in Brazil.
