**Job Title:** Music Promotion- Influencer and Content Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Music Promotion- Influencer and Content Marketing specialist. As a key member of our music marketing team, you will be responsible for working closely with A&R, marketing, and artist management teams to develop and execute content and influencer strategies that drive engagement and promote artists and music campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative targets for music promotion campaigns, aligned with business objectives.
  2. Create and manage content and influencer plans for promotion projects, focusing on building viral cases for various artists on TikTok.
  3. Monitor performance metrics closely to discover potential music and content paths, ensuring optimal campaign results.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering effective partnerships.
  5. Lead and participate in creative ideation sessions to develop innovative concepts for artists and music campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful promotions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in content marketing, influencer marketing fields within the music industry.
  • Familiarity with current trends, hotspots, festivals, and music-related events.
  • Basic data analysis skills to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Passion for music and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
