We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing group, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for our clients' digital sales.
This includes building and managing paid media campaigns across SEM, Display, Affiliate, YouTube, and social platforms, as well as owned channels. You will analyze data, generate insights, and communicate recommendations to marketing teams and business leaders.
You will tell compelling stories with data to inform growth marketing strategies. Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and researchers, you will help develop capabilities and define project requirements to activate strategic insights and improve client website and campaign performance.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering, or related fields; advanced or specialized digital qualifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of paid media, owned media, and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Analytics).
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel.
