Pride Global is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development Representative to support our US or UK staffing and outsourcing business. Your role will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business in the US or UK market.
Job Description:As a Key Account Growth Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar tools to track leads and manage client interactions
- Building relationships with potential clients and supporting ongoing account management
- Conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or outsourcing
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM tools
- Strong communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
