About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Account Manager to join our team at Sovos Compliance. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our global partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Partner-Driven Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our executive staff, regional sales management, and partner team to develop and execute a comprehensive partner-driven sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market presence.
  2. Build and Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our global partners, including Global System Integrators, ISVs, resellers, and consultancies, to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  3. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a best-in-class alliances strategy to build and measure the success and revenue contribution of our alliances.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to provide coverage of our partners, drive joint solutions, and execute GTM programs that drive incremental sales opportunities.
  5. Establish Business Cadence: Establish a business cadence, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular executive alignment internally, to ensure alignment and progress towards our goals.
Requirements
  1. 7+ Years of Alliance Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in alliance sales in software and services across alliance partners.
  2. Experience in Penetrating, Onboarding, and Growing Alliance Partners: Experience penetrating, onboarding, and growing alliance partners, including knowledge of business models, contracting, and successful go-to-market strategies.
  3. Strong Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  4. Latin America Travel Required: Ability to travel to Latin America as required.
  5. Strong Partner Management Experience: Proven track record of successful revenue contribution through partners.
