About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our vendors. You will work closely with our vendor partners to understand their business needs and develop customized plans to accelerate their growth in the retail market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute growth acceleration plans for vendors to drive revenue and performance improvement margin.
  2. Manage vendors from a specific product family, being responsible for their business P&L.
  3. Create and negotiate business agreements with vendors.
  4. Analyze and track key KPIs to ensure vendor performance.
  5. Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
A Day in the Life
  1. Connect with partner business teams, peers, and stakeholders to understand and align business opportunities.
  2. Educate vendors about Amazon tools, processes, and resources.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve tools and systems for retail.
  4. Identify opportunities to simplify or automate tasks, executing opportunities involving basic software applications (e.g. Excel).
Requirements
  1. Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  2. Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong written and oral communication.
  4. Advanced English proficiency.
  5. Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, product management, project management, buying, or marketing.
