Senior Experimentation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experimentation Program Manager to join our Global Experimentation Team at HP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of experimentation strategies across various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and maintain experimentation roadmaps and prioritize campaign activities.
  • Define experiment requirements, manage the entire experiment lifecycle, and analyze test results to glean actionable insights.
  • Communicate with management and senior executives about experimentation program requirements, direction, and performance against goals.
  • Support solution design and integration, define user acceptance testing, and provide post-implementation support to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, project management, or A/B testing roles for websites or apps.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign results to broader internal audiences.
  • Business acumen and ability to prioritize needs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and collaboration products (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) a plus.
  • BA/BS in business or equivalent degree a plus.
