Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving the technical design, execution, and delivery of software features, solutions, or products. As a bridge between cross-functional teams, you will refine requirements, distribute work into logical customer-valued deliverables, and identify synergies with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of multiple technical projects or programs to drive the evolution of software products.
  • Lead end-to-end project or program lifecycles, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform program analysis, manage risk, and communicate program status and activities across multiple levels of management.
  • Continuously assess and improve software development lifecycle processes.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Define and track key metrics and performance indicators, driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
