Role Overview

This is a skilled IT Support Analyst role focused on providing expert technical assistance to various stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related activities at our site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify operational insights and areas for improvement.
  • Develop tools, macros, and other automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Design and manage databases to meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through innovative technical solutions.
  • Provide timely support for ad hoc requests and equipment setup.
  • Oversee local IT equipment and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
  • Act as the primary IT contact for systems issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective IT planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage asset tracking and coordinate updates, testing, and support for IT systems and software.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Knowledge of EAM is an asset.

Education and Experience
