The Brazil Investment Banking Business Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic support and mitigating business risks.
They will work closely with the business to optimize performance by driving initiatives and developing business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing strategic and project management support to the Head of Investment Banking, Product, and Industry Heads, and Client Executives in various initiatives.
- Preparing materials for business reviews, town halls, off-sites, and other business events.
- Assessing client performance trending and analysis (revenues and profitability) and identifying areas of opportunity to continue growing the franchise.
- Driving business strategy and growth.
- Optimizing business performance and planning.
- Establishing business priorities and ensuring their delivery.
- Managing business risks and controls.
This is a time-pressured position instrumental in assisting senior management and coordinating corporate resources to address strategic objectives.
