About the Role:
In our dynamic and fast-paced organization, we are seeking an experienced investment banking professional to join our team in Brazil. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be responsible for leading the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A transactions, restructuring and recapitalization deals, as well as analyzing corporate and financial information. Your exceptional analytical skills, expertise in business and capital markets, and fluency in Portuguese will enable you to effectively communicate with senior executive management teams and drive successful deal execution.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, restructuring and recapitalization transactions;
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial information, conduct due diligence, and develop client relationships through deal execution;
- Promote effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging your strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess a native level of Portuguese fluency, a deep understanding of the business and capital markets environment in Latin America, and relevant experience in investment banking. Additionally, you should have a strong educational background, including an MBA or Undergraduate degree, and be able to work autonomously in a multicultural and multilingual project setting.Preferred Skills:
While not essential, having excellent financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and accounting skills, along with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, would make you a more competitive candidate.What We Offer:
