Job Opportunity:

The IT Network & Connectivity Specialist will be assigned to work with the connectivity and network systems team, leading network and security projects responsible for designing, specifying, and implementing network and security solutions for energy substations, data centers, and industrial networks. This role requires ensuring high performance, reliability, and security for IT operations and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate requirements into network designs, implementations, and communication interfaces.
- Maintain, operate, and control O&M and corporate networks, its documentation, equipment lifecycle, and SLAs.
- Provide technical leadership for network operations and interactions with global and local teams.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex incidents. Monitor supplier performance to ensure connectivity services, communication links (Internet, MPLS, and Satellite).
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect power plant equipment and systems from cyber-attacks.

- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in English.
- In-depth experience with industrial networks design.
- Skills with Security Controls - Network Infrastructure - Internet Protocol Suite - Cybersecurity - Network Design - CCSE - SD-WAN - MPLS - Cisco Routers - Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
- In-depth experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills within a fast-paced highly integrated environment.
