We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the strategic growth of our direct import business in Brazil.

Job Description

This dynamic role involves driving business development, vendor management, and supply chain optimization to fuel our import operations.

You will work closely with senior leaders, finance teams, and key stakeholders worldwide to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Educating and onboarding vendors to ensure seamless integration into our import process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive joint business growth.
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives and vendor relations strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize import sourcing, product compliance, and merchandising processes.
  • Contributing to best practices and contract standards to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintaining key performance indicators such as vendor import share, out-of-stock rates, and marketing investments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with Excel and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration and business analysis/P&L management.
