About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Deliver LATAM team, you will be responsible for deploying process improvement practices across all functional areas and driving regional programs to enhance operational capabilities and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive process mining practices across LATAM to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.
  • Define business process standards and develop clear strategies to improve cost/efficiency/service for the Region.
  • Define and execute regional process capability roadmap and solution deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end process improvements.
  • Implement and sustain best-in-class process standards and KPIs for Deliver operations.
  • Drive upstream supply chain efficiencies to ensure optimal distribution processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain related disciplines and a minimum of 5 years demonstrated people management experience.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese and intermediate Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in order-to-cash, transportation, and warehouse processes.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certified with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement programs and culture.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of E2E supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
