Senior Lead Sales Manager

We are excited to offer a challenging role for a seasoned sales professional to lead our Brazil Sales team. As a key member of our local leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with retail partners, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the wholesale business, aligning with our company's overall goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners, driving business growth and collaboration.
- Lead a growing team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure a holistic approach to servicing retail partners.
- Partner with the local leadership team to create and share a long-term vision for the market and business, building On culture and embracing the On spirits locally.
- 8+ years of sales management experience in the footwear/fashion/consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Deep understanding of our brand's customer communities and experience in building and developing premium brands successfully in the footwear or apparel space.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, empower, and coach people to develop and grow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with Spanish a plus.
