Job Opportunity: Inbound Sales Representative Role

The role focuses on expanding inbound sales in Brazil, owning the full sales cycle, building pipeline, and collaborating with Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver value to customers. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of closing history at a product-led SaaS company and experience in Enterprise Sales is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, negotiation, and closing.">
  • Build pipeline and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to guide customers through the journey and optimize time-to-value.">
  • Develop warm outbound strategies to identify and create opportunities across our user base, with a focus on Brazilian mid-market and enterprise prospects.">
  • Build meaningful relationships with customer-facing teams at Brazilian mid-market and enterprise-level companies.">
  • Become a true product expert and leverage that knowledge to help prospects succeed with tl;dv.">
  • Partner with the founders, Product, and Customer Support to deepen empathy and build relationships with our most important Brazilian accounts.">
  • Understand customer needs and priorities to speed up and simplify the deal process.">
  • Build Brazilian sales collateral from scratch to support the sales process.">
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to communicate tl;dv's value in Brazil and help customers win.">
  • Work closely with the Co-Founder to build meaningful relationships with customer-facing teams and translate customer feedback into product and process improvements.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Brazilian Portuguese.">
  • 3-4 years of qualifying experience (SDR/BDR/Rep) and 2-3 years of closing experience.">
  • Experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles with PLG and PLS motions.">
  • Ambitious about experimentation and taking initiative to test innovative approaches for better results.">
  • Data analysis skills to identify high-potential leads and prioritize them.">
  • Strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.">
  • Ability to adapt as the product and processes evolve.">
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong desire to help customers succeed.">
