Business Analyst - Junior

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented junior business analyst to join our team. As a junior business analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our future by providing insightful data analysis and recommendations to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create advanced analytics to support informed business decisions related to operational efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective financial reporting standards.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics tools to enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Contribute to process enhancements by eliminating non-value-added activities, improving efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Support the implementation of new systems by testing and deploying changes to the existing environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (minimum).
  • Previous experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in English, including presentation, listening, and written communication.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mentality, proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and data visualization strategies.
  • Strong initiative with a can-do attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in driving strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver automated reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence Tools, Data warehousing (Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
