Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely collection of receivables and monitoring cash flow and revenue forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing full AR cycles, strong negotiation skills, and advanced Excel skills. They will also be fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Oversee AR operations, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
- Lead client negotiations on sensitive or high-impact accounts.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and revenue forecasts.
- Perform in-depth analysis of aging reports, identifying trends and risks.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, and experience managing full AR cycles and dealing with delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- AR Operations Management: Oversee the entire AR cycle, from invoicing to payment receipt, to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Client Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients on sensitive or high-impact accounts to resolve any issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow and revenue forecasts to ensure the company's financial health.
- Aging Reports Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of aging reports to identify trends and risks, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Experience managing full AR cycles and dealing with delinquent accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
