Accounting Leadership Opportunity

OSM is seeking a seasoned accounting and finance expert to drive financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic support to the business.

This role is critical in maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all accounting and finance activities for OSM Brazil.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, laws, and regulations.
  • Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in senior finance and accounting leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of maritime tax legislation is an asset.
  • Previous experience in multinational environments, especially in the maritime and offshore sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
