Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll for 60+ employees
  • Verifying and recording financial transactions in the correct accounts
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and adjustments
  • Monitoring and reporting budget variances

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Accounting experience working with SOX / US GAAP or international standard IFRS
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

You will have autonomy and ownership to make an impact on our financial operations.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial processes.
