Key Responsibilities- We seek an individual to support financial operations by performing various tasks related to cashiering, reconciliation, financial aid, and accounting processes.
- This role requires ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will work closely with students, faculty, staff, and external entities to maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and assist with routine and non-routine tasks in the Accounting and Cashiering teams.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with automated financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Expertise in financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy in balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.
