Job Title: Senior Manager Accounting

">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Operations: Lead the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance: A recognized degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • At least 12 years of experience in finance operations: Proven experience in finance operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, risk control, or finance functions at a management level.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Analytical Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Solid Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think outside the box and solve complex problems.
  • Dynamic and Adaptable: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
