Senior Business Analyst - Systems Strategy Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead efforts in analyzing and defining detailed specifications for business systems that align with business processes and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Partner with business analysts and cross-functional business groups to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Develop innovative business solutions that challenge assumptions on how to execute plans.
  • Participate in defining integration between proposed development projects and existing systems, software, and hardware.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
  • Experience implementing solutions for complex systems supporting business processes.
  • Experience driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to learn new things.
  • Expertise in technical system administration, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise monitoring tools, job scheduling platforms, and CMDB-related technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain technical procedures, deliver targeted training, and collaborate effectively across operational areas.
