The role of a Program Manager is to drive business impact through the delivery of scalable financial data workflow in reporting. This enables accurate decision-making and sets up a data structure for continuous improvements across key retail metrics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up data processes for possible changes and enhancements across key retail metrics, working closely with AVS Team Leads, Head of Vendor Manager, Finance Business Partners, and other key Retail stakeholders to understand vendors' and businesses' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Vendor Improvement Plan (VIP) and Vendor Growth Plan (VGP) tools enhancements and continuous improvements aligned with business peers
  • Closely align with finance partners on AVS Program financial strategy and its impact in the Retail Business
  • Set up and continuously improve Contra-COGS management for AVS contracts for the Retail Team
  • Evaluate alignment with Retail leadership during Annual Vendor Negotiations on AVS contract values

The AVS Central Team is divided into 5 main work streams and 2 additional areas: Scaling, People, Vendor Experience, Offering, and Business Impact. The team also counts with a product division and a data division.

A successful Program Manager should have a proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. Additionally, they should have demonstrated experience leading process improvements initiatives and developing and implementing processes, project management methodologies, and scheduling frameworks.
