We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead initiatives in database optimization and scalable software development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing databases to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Data Optimization: Lead the design and optimization of databases to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency, with a focus on query optimization, indexing strategies, and data architecture best practices
  • Back-End Data Processing: Develop efficient, scalable back-end systems to handle high data volumes, prioritizing the optimization of revenue-driving features
  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with Python
  • Hands-on experience building tools using Streamlit for Snowflake
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Snowflake
  • Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level
