We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Golang Software Engineer (Senior/Lead). This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical initiatives.

Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing automated invoice generation systems for USDG and other Paxos products. You will also be responsible for building and scaling attribution logic systems to support multiple chains and assets. Additionally, you will develop robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics, create efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang;
  • Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements;
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work;
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems;
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture;
  • Strong understanding of database design;
  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
