We are seeking an exceptional Director of Engineering to lead our teams, amplify impact, and shape the technical vision. This role requires a seasoned leader who can thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace feedback, and drive high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with a proven track record of forming culture, maintaining velocity, and operational discipline. They will also possess 10+ years of architecting, delivering, and scaling software products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to define the vision, roadmap, and strategy.
  • Shape technical direction, architecture, and operational excellence—ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Drive engineering rigor: set standards, metrics, and processes for quality and delivery.
  • Inspire team culture—promote innovation, ownership, and high standards.
  • Balance strategy and execution across ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Track record of architecting, delivering, and scaling software products or services.
  • Proven ability to form culture, maintain velocity, and operational discipline.
  • Skilled at framing technical trade-offs and translating business needs into engineering outcomes.
  • Comfortable guiding hands-on technical work and elevating long-term strategic thinking.
