We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in providing high-quality home care services to children and adults.

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by our healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in homecare.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A valid LPN/LVN license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • TB skin test within the past 12 months.
  • At least six months of hands-on nursing experience (not required but preferred).
