Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Strategist to join our team. As a CRM Strategist, you will be responsible for driving consumer revenue by leading acquisition, engagement, reengagement, and retention strategies for our North American segment, aligned to business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead CRM strategy development, planning, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with product, creative, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to ensure CRM strategies are properly executed and aligned with business goals.
  3. Review and synthesize consumer data, competitive space, and market trends to identify opportunities for program evolution and long-term planning.
  4. Develop and lead day-to-day digital operations, ensuring service delivery support operations excellence, including audits, change, incident, problem, and configuration management.
  5. Develop technology investment plans and activation, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and realization, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, and resourcing plans.
  6. Champion digital security and privacy, adhering to internal and external rigorous protocols to protect company and customer data.
  7. Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital commercial product operations.
  8. Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C's growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  2. 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
  3. 7-10+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Marketing CRM technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment.
  4. Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving, solution definition, and root cause analysis & presentation.
  5. Experience in defining, integrating, and driving recommendations for CRM data models, and improving user experience by interpreting data and automating decision making.
  6. Advanced proficiency in SFMC AMPscript and SQL, and experience with data pipelines using cloud-based tools.
  7. 7-10+ years demonstrable experience designing and deploying cloud scalable, resilient, secure data products leveraging tools like MS Cloud Services, Expert user of Tableau, CRM Analytics, Sigma, Snowflake, or SFMC SQL.
  8. Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
  9. 3+ year demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.
  10. Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  11. Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.
  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.
  14. Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.
  15. Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
