Product Marketing Manager for CRM and Transactions Systems

About the Team

The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization plays a crucial role in driving TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders to set strategies, plan revenue, and make sales and client incentive policy decisions. Our team ensures operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and fosters productive partnerships across internal teams.

The Systems Strategy and Operations (SSO) team is part of the Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) organization at TikTok. We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to represent the business needs related to our CRM and Transactions products and processes from the Latam region. This role will work with global counterparts to advocate for solutions that improve regional sales processes and own the successful GTM of product launches.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to understand, evaluate, and prioritize new business requirements that support business goals in Latam.
  • Design and execute outbound activities for new product launches, monitor success metrics, and assume responsibility for the adoption of CRM and Transactions solutions in the region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM and Transactions project-related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Provide consultations and best practice support for the effective use of our CRM and Transactions systems.
  • Build strong partnerships to mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM and Transactions system strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex business problems, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional teams and influencing behavior at various levels in the organization.
  • Experience working directly with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
