Key Responsibilities:

  2. Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets, transforming complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.">
  3. Conduct in-depth profitability, cost, operational performance, and key financial metrics analyses.">
  4. Prepare management reports and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and strong visual impact.">
  5. Act as a business partner to various departments, providing analytical support and financial recommendations to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities.">
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes, including automation, advanced analytics, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in financial operations.">

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.">
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a strong plus.">
  • Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, controlling, or corporate finance.">
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules); experience with SAP BPC or S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.">
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, dynamic analysis) and strong PowerPoint capabilities for preparing high-level executive presentations.">
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to operate in a global business environment.">
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.">
  • Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to finance, with a focus on innovation and process optimization.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work across different hierarchical levels with a strong results orientation.">
