Job Overview:

As a NOC Team Lead at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for managing a multi-service post-sales support team that operates 24/7. Your primary goal will be to ensure high-quality service delivery, service development, and meeting expectations from internal areas, vendors, partners, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-service post-sales support team 24/7 operation, allocating staff in a 24/7 shift.
  • Coordinate asset trainings and preparation to ensure staff are equipped to handle customer inquiries.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing timely and effective support.
  • Strive for a high-quality service delivery based on case review and customer satisfaction surveys feedback.
  • Participate in vendor MSP development programs to enhance service offerings.
  • Develop agnostic support service programs to cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Collaborate with lateral areas (Service Delivery, Presales, Training) to develop joint strategies.
  • Promote internal and external service portfolios to increase visibility and adoption.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience directly managing/supervising employees.
  • Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in recognizing and attending to important details.
  • Effective communication and conveyance of necessary information.
  • Understanding, communication, and collaboration with people across various identities.
  • Proficiency in English and other local/regional languages.
  • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Maintenance of social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
  • Ability to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level.
