Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience working with international clients where English is the primary language of communication. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as proficiency in Google G Suite and MS Office.

Job Description:
  • Answering phone calls professionally and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Providing customers with information about products and services.
  • Processing orders, forms, and requests.
  • Scheduling and routing calls to the appropriate resource.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English for speaking and writing with clients located in Boston, MA, USA.
  • Experience working with international clients where English is the primary language of communication.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • 2+ years experience in a foreign Customer Service role.
