Business Analyst

As a key member of our Data & AI team, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to transform data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and integrity of our data assets. Your expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and user requirements will play a crucial role in shaping our product development efforts.

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and other collaborative activities.
  • Develop process flows, use cases, and analytical artifacts to support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Manage complex user stories in Jira, ensuring accurate representation of product feature sets and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards, utilizing analytics tools to uncover insights and inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on requirement gathering, documentation, and validation.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Jira project management tools.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
