About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead pricing operations for Retail in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless pricing programs across regions
  • Support business teams on operational needs, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reports, analyze data, and transform it into actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Take ownership of business, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned products, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Drive planning and resolution, taking accountability for program success
  • Communicate effectively across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks, ensuring overall program success
  • Work within tight deadlines to meet critical business needs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform business decisions
  • Proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
