About the Role

As a Senior Publisher Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of publishers and fostering long-term relationships with partners. This role involves interacting with various departments within the company, including advertisers, finance, and technical teams.

Your primary objective will be to analyze market trends in affiliate marketing, track industry developments, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also be tasked with promoting the company's products among potential partners through attendance at events and networking.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as negotiation and presentation skills. A good understanding of CPA/CPS models is essential, along with experience in affiliate marketing or working with publishers.
