About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Partner Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Wishlist team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our most critical accounts in Brazil, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing disruptive projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance our value proposition for clients and users.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities for joint business plans, driving their business growth and acting as a key account manager.
  • Act as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for our partners' businesses, providing strategic guidance on expansion, acquisitions, and more.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance commercial terms, increasing business volume for our partners and profitability in our marketplace.
  • Lead integration efforts with key partners to enhance user experience.
  • Establish partnerships with potential new partners that would have a significant impact for clients and users.
  • Facilitate and lead key meetings with partners on a wide range of topics, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from partners.
  • Apply analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Present data meaningfully for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous relevant commercial and business development background.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving driven by data using Excel and other analysis tools.
  • High level of English in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes.
  • Advanced ability to evaluate and define internal processes to improve the work of the WL team.
  • Outstanding commercial and tough negotiating skills.
  • Strategic mindset using data to ensure good negotiation and consultative selling with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions.
  • Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proactive: independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in challenging situations.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
