About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Partner Success Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Azure consumption revenue through a set of key partners in a specific area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify sales and solutions opportunities and communicate them to partners.
  • Develop and execute partner sales plans to ensure partners meet sales goals.
  • Act as a bridge between Microsoft corporate sellers and customers, building trust and delivering results.
  • Leverage partner capabilities to drive business outcomes and align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to determine goals and develop consumption/usage plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, and 6+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, customer success practices, and up-sell/cross-sell motions.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams and develop sales and business strategy options.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
