Job Title: Azure Partner Success Manager

Join Microsoft's Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization, where we empower our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud. As an Azure Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and transformation in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales and solutions opportunities and communicate them to partners.
  • Develop and execute partner sales plans to ensure partners meet sales goals.
  • Act as a bridge between Microsoft corporate sellers and customers, building trust and delivering results.
  • Leverage partner capabilities to drive business outcomes and align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to determine goals and develop consumption/usage plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of sales, industry channel sales, and industry sales experience.
  • 5+ years of partner engagement experience.
  • Fully Bilingual English/Portuguese.
  • Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-900 or AZ-700) or higher.
