POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Partner Success to join our Partner Sales team. This role is crucial in managing relationships with our most significant accounts, functioning as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic initiatives and innovative projects, emphasizing organization, processes, and growth. This area is pivotal, dealing directly with our top-tier partners, requiring a highly strategic approach to maintain and enhance these key relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance our value proposition for clients and users.
- Collaborate closely with partners to develop joint business plans that drive growth, acting as a key account manager.
- Serve as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for partners' businesses (strategy, expansion, acquisitions, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to enhance commercial terms to increase business volume for partners and profitability in our marketplace.
- Lead integration efforts with key partners to enhance user experience.
- Establish partnerships with potential new partners that would significantly impact clients and users.
- Facilitate and lead key meetings with partners on various topics, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information.
- Apply analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Present data meaningfully for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your wellbeing and your colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant commercial and business development experience.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven problem-solving.
- High proficiency in English in a professional setting.
- Proficient in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes.
- Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset using data to ensure effective negotiation and consultative selling.
