About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Hardware & Software Support Specialist for Beckman Coulter's customers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical hardware and software support to customers using current and upcoming Workflow IT Solutions product lines.
  • Assist in translating customer workflows into IT solutions, generating operational gains with high added value.
  • Contribute to projects from conception to delivery, actively participating in new IT launches.
  • Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of general IT aspects (Networking, Security, HL7, ASTM) and Server/Client relationship concepts.
  • Knowledge and experience in laboratory practices, including clinical chemistry/immunoassay or hematology combined with quality expectations.
  • Experience in the Medical Diagnostics industry, preferably with laboratory biomedical experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
