Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional technical hardware & software support for customers using current and upcoming Workflow IT Solutions product lines.
- Assist Call Technical Specialists in timely responses of customer queries and be accountable for the timely delivery of related product MODs.
- Attend customer Managed Service reviews where required/advised and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals.
As a member of our Field Service Team, you will have the opportunity to translate customers' workflow into IT solutions, generating tangible operational gains with high added value.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Strong knowledge of general IT aspects (Networking, Security, HL7, ASTM) and Server/Client relationship concepts and Laboratory Workflow: LIS, transportation device, middleware, instrument sampling, storage, archiving and reflexes/reruns/dilutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of laboratory practices, including a background knowledge of clinical chemistry/immunoassay or hematology combined with a sound understanding of quality expectations.
- Experience in the Medical Diagnostics industry, Laboratory Biomedical experience preferable.
- Experience of laboratory IT & ideally Automated solutions.
