Technical Solutions Specialist

You will play a key role in the sales team, providing technical support and serving as an expert on Dynatrace and Advanced Observability.
Key responsibilities include executing demos to showcase our unique approach to solving customer pain points, managing Proof of Concepts (POCs), building relationships with customers, and completing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Collaboration is essential, working closely with teams including innovation labs, Expert Services consultants, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and marketing to drive business outcomes.
About You:- Ambitious and confident individual with previous technical experience or another customer-facing role.
- Passionate about innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to customers and prospects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong desire to grow professionally and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Evaluate and implement solutions for international trade shows and key customer events.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver pitches and proposals.
- Manage POCs and RFIs/RFPs to ensure successful customer engagements.
