Technical Solutions Specialists play a pivotal role in Visa's digital payments ecosystem, facilitating billions of transactions worldwide each year.
The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for ongoing technical support of Visa Loyalty Platforms for both Merchant and Issuer Customers.
This individual will possess high levels of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and consultative-selling abilities.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining technical profiles for assigned accounts, serving as a frontline technical resource for best practices and customer inquiries, ensuring timely handling of incoming support requests, engaging with internal stakeholders for customer support, leading technical implementations and expansion efforts, and assisting customers with transaction research, technical inquiries, and performance monitoring.
Key to success in this role is the ability to balance technical expertise with strong communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and customers.
