The LATAM IT intern plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems across Latin America. Key responsibilities include:

IT Financial Governance
  • Adhere to global IT guidelines and local standards for effective financial management.
  • Create a plan to guarantee timely payments and provide regular reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to control payment flows and coordinate with operations/procurement departments for new IT purchases.
IT Asset Management
  • Ensure an up-to-date and accurate IT asset inventory complies with Red Bull standards and tools.
  • Manage parts or peripherals control, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and stock levels are optimal across different countries.
  • Correspond with local IT administrators from other countries to ensure equipment purchase process aligns with standards (vendors, part number) and coordinate RMA process for client computing and/or backend-hardware components.
Effective Communication
  • Leverage relationships with IT providers to negotiate discounts or deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills for cohesive and objective reports.
  • Contribute and cooperate with the whole team, departments, and providers to ensure a collaborative work environment.
