IT Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT logistics professional to manage high-value IT inventory across multiple client accounts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Responsibilities include providing technical support for Mac OS devices, including MFA setup, device restoration, wiping, and re-imaging.
The successful candidate will also respond to operational IT logistics requests from critical stakeholders, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation, communicate project updates and blockers to collaborators and stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client ticket escalations, identify and troubleshoot recurring bugs and errors reported by customers and technicians, and ensure compliance with shipping and trade regulations.
Key qualifications include proven experience in IT logistics or inventory management, strong technical knowledge of Mac OS and related hardware software troubleshooting, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
